We are looking for a proactive, articulate and well-organized professional who can take ownership of HR coordination, office operations and inside sales while working closely with our management and commercial teams.

Position: HR Cum Office Coordinator & Inside Sales
Employment: Full-Time

YOUR ROLE
HR & People Coordination
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling and employee onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee communication.
- Assist with payroll inputs and routine HR activities.
- Support employee engagement and internal coordination.

Office & Administration
- Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations.




- Coordinate with vendors, service providers and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies, documentation and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal activities.
- Ensure a qualified and well-organized workplace environment.

Inside Sales & Customer Coordination
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Identify and follow up with prospective customers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM/customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales and scientific teams for customer requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support the team in achieving business and sales objectives.
