Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Outreach Executive with strong communication, research, and coordination skills.

The primary focus of this role is to identify and approach conference organizers, journals, academic institutions, research communities, and relevant stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities. The candidate will also support research, publication coordination, manuscript submissions, and research-based content activities.

Key Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Conduct outreach to conference organizers, journals, institutions, and research communities.
•⁠ ⁠Identify collaboration opportunities and pitch relevant academic or conference proposals.
•⁠ ⁠Build professional relationships with organizers, editors, authors, and institutional contacts.
•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospects and stakeholders to convert opportunities into collaborations.
•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities for publications, peer review, keynote, and session chair roles.
•⁠ ⁠Research relevant conferences, journals, authors, topics,



and publication opportunities.
•⁠ ⁠Shortlist journals and conferences based on scope, deadlines, and paper requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, authors, organizers, editors, vendors, and internal teams.
•⁠ ⁠Manage manuscript submissions, revisions, acceptance, publication, and DOI updates.
•⁠ ⁠Research and prepare articles, research blogs, news coverage, and industry content.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain outreach records, research data, follow-ups, and submission status updates.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely communication, accurate coordination, and completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills
•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in research outreach, business development, publishing, or research.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal English communication and professional presentation skills.
•⁠ ⁠Strong outreach, pitching, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
