IIT Bombay’s Educational Outreach team is looking for an experienced Senior LMS Administrator to independently manage the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations of its Moodle-based Learning Management System. The role will oversee platform administration, course and assessment management, integrations, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and user support. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on Moodle expertise, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage a large-scale learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Course Management
- Administer Moodle, including users, courses, cohorts, enrolments, roles, permissions, and access.
- Configure courses, learning resources, SCORM packages, assessments, completion tracking, and course settings.
- Manage Moodle backups, archival, scheduled tasks, logs, and application-level processes.

Assessments, Reporting & Integrations
