- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively. N
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. N
- Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards. N
- Update customer interactions and details in the system. N
- Follow company communication guidelines and processes. N
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required. N

nRequired Experience & Skills:

- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service. N
- Excellent English communication skills required. N
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts. N
