About the RoleB-Tech Digital Agency is looking for a Performance Marketer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Lead Generation and Social Media Management .
The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a strong focus on generating quality leads and measurable results for clients .
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ad campaigns
- Handle Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement and Conversion campaigns
- Research and create relevant target audiences, custom audiences and retargeting audiences
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA and overall ROI
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences and campaign strategies
- Identify winning campaigns and scale them effectively
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design & Content Team for ad creatives
- Manage clients' Facebook & Instagram social media accounts
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars




- Monitor campaign budgets and daily ad spend
- Analyse lead quality and campaign performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Provide recommendations to improve client campaign results
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes and digital marketing strategies

Required Skills
