Senio Consultant, Risk Analytics

Position Summary

Northern Trust's Risk Data Management team is seeking a highly motivated Consultant, Risk Analytics to support Financial Crimes programs including AML, KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, Regulatory Reporting,



and Financial Crimes Data Modernization initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and upstream data providers to improve data quality, resolve production issues, enhance reporting capabilities, and deliver strategic data solutions. The successful candidate will lead issue management activities, develop key risk and data quality metrics, monitor trends, and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data solutions that strengthen the firm's Financial Crimes risk management framework.

Primary Responsibilities

Data Management & Analytics
- Lead and support data-focused initiatives across Financial Crimes disciplines including KYC, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Crimes Reporting.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs),
