The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for strengthening Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems , ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.



The position requires close collaboration with Manufacturing, Process, Technical and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and strengthen Quality Assurance systems covering incoming, in-process and finished products.
- Ensure products consistently conform to specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain QA laboratory procedures with traceability to applicable national and international standards.
- Implement and sustain Quality Management System and Integrated Management System (IMS) practices.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, certifications and compliance requirements.
- Drive systems including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SA8000, ISO 22000, ISO 50001 and BRC .
- Lead analysis and resolution of customer complaints , including customer interaction/visits wherever required.
- Drive effective CAPA , root-cause analysis and reduction in complaint response time.
