About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations for our hotel and restaurant business in Noida.
The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience in the hotel, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; industry , with strong knowledge of food & beverage procurement, vendor management, negotiation, quality control, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement for hotel and restaurant operations.
- Source and purchase food ingredients, beverages, groceries, fresh produce, dairy, meat, seafood, bakery items, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other operational requirements .
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.




- Obtain and compare quotations to ensure the best price, quality, and payment terms .
- Negotiate rates, credit terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of perishable and non-perishable items as per operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Kitchen, F&B;, Stores, Operations, Accounts, and Management for purchase requirements.
- Verify product quality, quantity, specifications, expiry dates, and delivery conditions at the time of procurement.
- Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings and better sourcing .
- Maintain an updated vendor database and develop alternate suppliers wherever required.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure proper documentation of all purchases.
