N* Lead and manage real estate sales activities
N* Handle client meetings,presentations & negotiations
N* Generate leads through calls, follow-ups & networking
N* Coordinate and accompany clients for project site visits
N* Drive sales closures and achieve assigned targets
N* Guide & support the sales team in achieving goals
N* Maintain sales MIS, pipeline & client records
N* Represent the company at exhibitions, trade & industry events
N* Participate in trainingand periodic sales review meetings
