Job DescriptionAbout the role:
NAs an incumbent you are expected to provide dependable executive support to the Managing Director by ensuring disciplined calendar and meeting management, accurate information synthesis, timely project follow-through, effective stakeholder coordination and organized handling of healthcare, regulatory and operational documentation.

- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, prioritizing meetings, reviews, appointments and business commitments based on organizational priorities. N
- Coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, circulation of agenda, preparation of relevant documents and follow-up on agreed action items. N
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, conference schedules, accommodation, transportation and visa-related coordination where required. N
- Compile, consolidate and organize healthcare operational metrics, patient satisfaction information,



financial inputs and other management data required for periodic reviews. N
- Prepare structured MIS,dashboards, briefing notes and management summaries to support the Managing Director's review and decision-making. N
- Track cross-functional initiatives and key action points across clinical research, marketing, hospital operations and other healthcare functions. N
- Serve as a professionalcoordination point for interactions involving hospital boards, government officials, healthcare partners, pharmaceutical partners, physicians, medical associations and other stakeholders. N

nPreferred Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degreein any discipline (Master's degree in Healthcare Management/ related domain is preferred). N
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in supporting C-suite executives, ideally within the healthcare sector. N
