The business has grown quickly over the last couple of years and is tracking to $3.5M in its 3rd year. Has a healthy inbound pipeline, increasing deal sizes and ambitious plans for its next phase of growth. What it needs now is a sales leader who can take what has worked in a founder-led workplace and turn it into a structured, repeatable and scalable sales engine.

You’ve built teams rather than simply inherited them. You know how to create the playbook, sharpen the ICP, establish a forecasting rhythm, coach reps, improve discovery and build a sales process that people actually follow.
And while you’re comfortable leading from the front, you’re equally comfortable getting into the details when the situation demands it.

- Take a founder-led sales motion and build the systems,



processes and operating style required to scale it
- Own the sales engine across pipeline management, forecasting, qualification, deal reviews, conversion and revenue predictability
- Hire, onboard and coach sales team, creating clear expectations around ramp-up, performance and accountability
- Build practical playbooks around discovery, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation and closing
- Work closely with the founders, marketing and account teams to improve ICP definition, positioning, pipeline quality and the overall GTM motion

- A genuine builder who has created or significantly scaled a sales function in an early or growth-stage B2B business (7-9 years of prior experience ) across martech, fintech and/or horizontal SAAS.
- Someone who has successfully of quota-carrying sales professionals and knows how to coach people to perform consistently
