Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, strategic and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence.
The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas, business insights and founder experiences into engaging social media content that builds community, strengthens brand authority and generates measurable growth.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong combination of content strategy, storytelling, execution, trend awareness, analytics and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Women First Jobs, the Founder’s personal brand and related initiatives.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with business objectives, campaigns and brand positioning.
- Identify relevant content pillars, audience segments,



industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Adapt content strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Track competitor activity and identify content gaps and emerging trends.

Content Creation and Storytelling
- Develop compelling content around women’s careers, leadership, entrepreneurship, recruitment, workplace inclusion, resilience and professional growth.
- Write engaging captions, LinkedIn posts, reel scripts, carousel content, stories and campaign copy.
- Convert the Founder’s ideas, experiences and voice notes into authentic and highly shareable content.
- Create strong hooks, calls to action and storytelling formats that encourage saves, shares and meaningful conversations.
- Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Reels and Video Content
- Plan and manage the complete short-form video content process.
- Research trending formats, topics, sounds and
