Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Growth and Lead Generation professional to help expand our B2B sales pipeline for AI-powered software solutions. This role will focus on discovering untapped business opportunities, understanding target markets, building meaningful relationships, and creating scalable ways to generate revenue. The ideal candidate is a hunter who enjoys exploring new possibilities, taking ownership, experimenting with new approaches, and converting ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Job Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Growth, Strategic Partnerships, Field Sales and Outbound Prospecting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer acquisition, and business development.
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with the capability to identify potential markets and business opportunities.
- Comfortable with field activities, business meetings,



conferences, exhibitions, meetups, and networking events.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative from concept to execution.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, lead trackers, digital platforms, and basic reporting.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
- A strong hunter mindset, commercial orientation, and focus on measurable results.
