Job Description – Customer Service Representative
NetRTech Solutions LLP is a dynamic organization specializing in placements, technology consulting, project execution, product development, sales, and training . We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for our on-site operations in Ahmedabad . This is a full time position where you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Provide excellent customer support and service.
Maintain positive and professional customer relationships.
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and experience.
Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Night Shift Allowance: ₹40 per hour (additional).
Complimentary meals during shifts.
Cab facility provided.
Temporary stay accommodation for 5 days upon relocation.
