Position: Customer Care / Tele Calling Executive

Experience

~1–3 years of experience in customer service or tele calling (preferred)

~ Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Explain company services to potential clients clearly and confidently

Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company

Maintain customer database and update call records

Schedule appointments for sales/accounting consultants

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects

Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage)

Good interpersonal and persuasion skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Presentable and professional attitude
