Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Robotics Lab Assistant to support the effective operation of our robotics labs and to assist students and teachers in utilizing these resources for learning. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for fostering technological literacy and innovation in young learners. This role involves maintaining equipment, providing technical support, assisting with lessons and activities, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
Lab Maintenance and Organization:
- Maintain and organize computer hardware, software, peripherals, and robotics equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and materials for both computer and robotics labs.
- Keep the lab spaces clean, protected, and conducive to learning.

Technical Support:
- Provide basic technical support to students and teachers on hardware, software, and network issues.




- Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of computers, projectors, printers, and other technology.
- Support the installation and configuration of software applications relevant to the curriculum.
- Offer guidance on the use of various software programs and online educational resources.
- Robotics Program Support: (Desired)
- Assist teachers and students with the setup, programming, and operation of robotics kits.
- Help students troubleshoot technical challenges during robotics projects and competitions.
- Maintain and organize robotics components, ensuring all parts are accounted for and in good condition.
- Potentially assist in the development and preparation of materials for robotics activities.

Instructional Support:
- Assist teachers during computer science and robotics lessons by providing individual or small group support to students.
