About the Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with daily cold calling, prospecting, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities by researching tradeshows, products, industries, and potential target markets.
- Create and manage daily calling lists for cold outreach.
- Maintain accurate records and track prospecting activities through CRM systems or Excel.
- Generate monthly Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and proactively follow up with prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to convert leads into business opportunities.
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the product range with existing customers.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to drive business growth.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work effectively with customers and stakeholders across different levels of management.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, International Sales, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel , and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated and verifiable track record of sales success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making daily cold calls and engaging with prospective customers.
- Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
