Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and operate ICU equipment such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, and syringe pumps.
- Assist doctors during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
- Educate and support patients' families regarding treatment and care plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care.
Requirements:
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid Nursing Council registration.
- 1-3 years of ICU experience preferred
- Knowledge of critical care protocols and life-support equipment.
- Solid communication, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
