- Plan and execute marketing strategies for Houseit products and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong brand visibility across online and offline channels
- Develop creative marketing ideas to increase customer engagement and sales

Presentation & Proposal Development
- Create professional PPT presentations, business proposals, and marketing decks
- Prepare presentations for clients, investors, collaborations, and internal meetings
- Ensure visually appealing and well-structured presentation content

Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis
- Analyze market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- Support business expansion and product positioning activities

Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Optimization (SMO)
- Manage and optimize company social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Coordinate content creation, reels, posts,



and engagement activities
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics

Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with influencers, clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Maintain skilled communication with partners and stakeholders
- Assist management with marketing reports and strategy discussions

Job SpecificationEducational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage

Skills Required
- Strong PPT and presentation-making skills
- Knowledge of Market Research and competitor analysis
- Good understanding of SMO (Social Media Optimization) and SMM (Social Media Marketing)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative thinking and branding understanding
- Good organizational and strategic planning abilities
