Project Engineer (Civil) - Job Description

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Ensure project work is completed as per drawings, specifications, BOQ, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
- Manage measurements, billing support, DPRs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement and store departments for timely material availability.
- Verify work quality and ensure compliance with government and client standards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.




- Maintain proper records of site activities and project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / Diploma Civil).
- 3+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or government projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Ability to handle site operations independently.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
- Experience in roads, buildings, infrastructure, or government contracting projects.
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
