Role Overview

We are looking for responsible supervisors to manage site execution, coordinate teams, monitor work quality, and handle day-to-day site activities professionally.

This is a field-based role.

Qualifications & Preferred BackgroundExperienced Supervisor
- Minimum 3 years experience in site supervision, maintenance works, interiors, civil works, painting, waterproofing, or related field
- Experience handling workers, vendors, and residential site coordination preferred
- Ability to manage site activities responsibly and professionally
- Experience in premium residential or maintenance-related projects is an advantage

Preferred Background
- Interior companies

- Residential project execution
- Civil/interior site coordination

Fresher / Trainee Supervisor
- Diploma / ITI / Degree preferred
- Civil, Interior, Construction, or technical background is an advantage




- Freshers interested in site operations and supervision can apply
- Willingness to learn field execution and team coordination mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
