ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly responsible, driven, and committed qualified to lead our preschool centre

operations and admissions.

The Centre Head will be fully accountable for the overall functioning of the centre, including admissions,

operations, academic supervision, and parent relationship management.

This role requires strong ownership, leadership, and the ability to independently manage the centre on a

day-to-day basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle enquiries, walk-ins, and parent interactions
- Conduct school tours and convert leads into admissions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre
- Supervise teachers and maintain classroom standards
- Coordinate with management for operational improvements




- Act as the primary point of contact for parents

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Excellent English communication skills Mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and convincing ability
- Graduate Preferred
- 2 to 4 years experience in preschool education counselling sales or customer-facing roles
- Age below 35 years

EMPLOYMENT TERMS
- Full-time role based in Sanpada Navi Mumbai
- Initial probation period applicable
- Confirmation based on performance and suitability

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
