About the Company

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and process-driven Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across PU foam, fiber processing, cutting, and component assembly. This role demands real-time monitoring, cross-department coordination, daily output planning, and a deep understanding of machine capabilities, shift management, and quality adherence. This is not a desk role — we expect the supervisor to be on the floor, troubleshooting issues, managing worker output, and ensuring seamless flow between raw material input and finished dispatch-ready goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Shift Supervision
- Prepare and execute daily production schedules across PU foam (molded, slabstock, box), fiber block, and quilting units
- Manage shift-wise labor deployment,



coordinate with contractors and ensure workforce readiness
- Ensure all jobs are started on time and closed with documentation (mould count, slab pour record, fiber usage logs)
- Machine Oversight & Operation Monitoring
- Oversee machine performance for HP/LP PU foaming, carding lines, quilting units, CNC wire cutters, and pressing machines
- Raise preventive maintenance issues proactively and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs
- Ensure calibration logs and machine setting records are maintained accurately
- Material Management
- Ensure timely raw material availability (polyol, MDI, fiber, fabric, molds) to avoid downtime
- Communicate with stores for daily issue slips and stock reconciliation at end of shift
- Minimize wastage during pouring, cutting, and quilting operations through supervision and team training
- Quality Monitoring & Output Control
- Conduct inline and final
