Key Responsibilities
- Handle overall site work and daily operations
- Supervise construction activities and maintain site discipline
- Resolve on-site conflicts and operational issues
- Coordinate with vendors, employees, procurement, and accounts departments
- Manage billing, payments, and material coordination
- Ensure smooth workflow and timely project execution
- Maintain proper site records and quality standards

Qualification
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects





Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of site execution and maintenance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle vendors, labor, and team management
- Knowledge of billing, BOQ, and project coordination
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, AutoCAD preferred)
