We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands paid advertising and wants hands-on exposure managing campaigns for multiple brands across different platforms.
Position Details
Role: Performance Marketing Executive
Experience Required: 6 Months - 1.5 Years
Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)
Work Mode: Remote with 1-2 physical meetings per month (if required)
Salary: ₹7,000 - ₹9,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns for multiple brands
- Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
- Conduct audience research and targeting strategies
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
- Create campaign reports and performance insights
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audience segments
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and pixels
- Analyze competitors and industry advertising trends
- Scale campaigns based on performance metrics and business goals
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in running paid campaigns across multiple platforms
- Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and X (Twitter) Ads
- Knowledge of campaign optimization and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
