Job Summary

The Store Executive will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining stock records, handling material inward and outward activities, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and inventory activities.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Issue materials as per approved requests and maintain proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams for material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of material handling and stock control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
