Compensation: ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Reporting To: Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized HR and Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 6-month contractual basis to spearhead our end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Screening (Hiring)
- Talent Requirement Gathering: Coordinate closely with functional heads across departments (Sales, Operations, Programs) to understand active hiring needs and skill requirements.
- JD Creation: Design and draft clear, compelling, and accurate Job Descriptions based on the functional requirements of each team.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Offer Letters: Draft and dispatch formal offer letters and employment contracts to selected hires with accurate terms and clauses.
