Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a developing environment, where systems and policies are evolving alongside organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Willing to Make an HR Department from the scratch:
- STRONG HEADED - Can work in Limited Environment & Rapid Paced.:
- 3-6 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing orindustrial sector.:
- Experience in a small-company or startup environment is an added advantage.:
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and build scalable processes in anevolving work environment.:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
