We're Hiring: Sales Team Leader

About Dibiaa

Dibiaa is a growing organisation building strong operational foundations and a people-centric workplace. As we scale, we're looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive sales performance and connect the work across sales, production, operations, and marketing.

What you'll do
- Lead the sales team across regions — own targets, pipeline, and monthly performance
- Run regular sales reviews, coaching, and performance discussions
- Drive revenue growth through market analysis and lead conversion
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and production for smooth, on-time delivery
- Work with printing, packaging, and product teams on specs, samples, and quality
- Manage quotations and pricing with the commercial team, protecting profitability




- Partner with marketing on lead generation, campaigns, and market intelligence
- Keep all functions aligned and drive accountability across departments

What we're looking for
- 5 to 8 years in sales management, business development, or commercial operations
- Background in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or FMCG preferred
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, commerce, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and growing revenue
- Strong with Excel, sales reporting, and business analytics

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
