Packing Planning Offier
Area of operation: Sealing /Packing and Dispatch as per Production planning
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Ø To take sealing & packing priority from HOD and communicate to Sealing & Packing supervisors.
Ø To provide WIP report to plant in-charge.
Ø To give sealing & packing material / finished goods report.
Ø Issuing sealing & packing material from stores.
Ø Based on availability of sealing & packing material packing priority and related manpower requirement to decide.
Ø To allocate manpower and to ensure optimum output from them.
Ø To ensure that packing for the shift is o.k. as per the specifications and is kept with production slips and as per the laid down procedure at the prescribed places only. To ensure that the rejection produced is segregated properly, identified with rejection slips and is kept in specified places only. To ensure that all the crates are covered properly to avoid dust on products
Ø To communicate to the plant in-charge during any problem/decision taking regarding change in the programme.
Ø To ensure Valuable manufacturing practice.
Ø To ensure that extra material from after completion of packing from shop floor is removed as soon as packing is over & returned to stores if not required
Ø To fill machine failure report if failure lasts for 8 hrs or more.
Ø To fill all the reports in time and to give to concerned person.
Ø To fill indent properly by giving all details required for indenting the material from stores department.
Ø To comply with the requirements of all standers like amfori BSCI & SEDEX, BRC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14001 and maintain the required records & documents.
