Summary:
Responsible for preparing a wide range of Continental dishes with creativity, quality, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare soups, salads, pastas, grills, and other continental dishes.
- Innovate recent recipes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain inventory and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Supervise commis chefs and assistants.

- Expertise in Continental cuisine.
- Creativity in food styling and menu design.
- Knowledge of international cooking techniques.
- Ability to train junior staff.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
