Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Operations Executive role based in Jammu. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient workflow, and optimize processes to enhance productivity. Key responsibilities include coordinating across departments, analyzing operational performance, problem-solving, and supporting management in the execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications




- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to streamline processes and maintain efficiency.
- Analytical Skills to assess performance data, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,792.78 - ₹31,461.77 per month
