Role Summary

Manage daily material sourcing, vendor relations, and quote comparisons from our
Mumbai office to support our high-volume Dubai production factory.

Key Responsibilities
- Quote Comparison: Secure a minimum of 3 vendor quotes per requirement. Compare them on quality, lead times, safe transport, and free delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage existing suppliers across Dubai. Source from GCC and China for specialized materials when needed.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate directly with freight forwarders to fast-track urgent or rush shipments.
- Material Sourcing: Source retail display materials including acrylics, ACM sheets, metals, MDF, LED modules, and print substrates.

Requirements:
- Experience_:



4 to 8 years in purchasing for Signage, Retail Fit-outs, Exhibitions, or POSM.
- Material Knowledge_: Positive working familiarity with retail fabrication materials, finishes, and lighting components.
- Skills_: Strong negotiation tactics, fluent English, and proficiency in MS Excel/ERP.
- Office Timing:
- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM_
