Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Project Supervision: Manage day-to-day on-site construction tasks to ensure structural integrity and adherence to approved blueprints.
- Technical Support: Resolve unexpected technical difficulties, conduct site layouts, and check structural designs for accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular inspections on building materials, concrete pours, and steel frameworks to meet industry standards.
- Team Coordination: Liaise directly with subcontractors, suppliers, and architects to prevent delays and manage material procurement.
- Safety Enforcement: Monitor site operations daily to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare daily logs, project progress reports, and budget schedules for senior stakeholders.
- Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, leadership, and knowledge of building codes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
