Position: Architect
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and blueprints for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop innovative design concepts and translate them into practical, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using SketchUp and other design software.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits, site analysis, feasibility studies, and project assessments.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Participate in all project stages, including concept design, design development, construction documentation, and execution support.
- Review project specifications, materials, and construction methods to maintain quality standards.




- Attend client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design proposals effectively.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and liaising with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Support urban planning initiatives and contribute to sustainable development projects.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance during construction.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and design revisions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are achieved.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent architectural design, planning, and drafting skills.
- Understanding of construction techniques, materials, and regulatory requirements.
