- Job Summary

To carry out clerical functions in the Distribution Centre and to do delivery of goods to customers.

Job Responsibilities
- DISTRIBUTION CENTRE & OPERATIONS
- Assist in checking of receiving, checking, Storing and Dispatching of Goods.
- Pick and pack on the Dispatching of goods.
- Assist maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the stores includes building, equipment, and delivery vehicle.
- Assist recording of Setting Control indicators.
- Assist in carrying out cyclical counting when directed.
- Assist to carry out physical stock check for mid-year and financial year ended.
- Assist in clerical duties as directed.
- Assist to handle Trade returns and products recalls.
- Responsible to complete the Stor Perubatan Negara (SPN) Receiving Form for delivery to the Ministry of Health hospitals, clinics, and their stores accordance to their standard Operating Procedure.




- Responsible to complete the Brunei Engineering Logistic and Training Solutions (BELTS) Medical Supply Chain Receiving Drugs and Medical Supply Chain Sundries Form for delivery to the Stor Perubatan Negara of Ministry of Health.
- Assist Guardian X-Dock delivery processing for 32 branches according to their procedures and Microsoft Excel formatted has been provided and key-in done manually.
- Assist to implement 7S activities in the Distribution Centre i.e., Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety and Security.
- To carry out any other relevant duty that may be assigned by the General Manager, or Head of Finance and Administration.

- Ensure all delivery documents such as the Hire Transport Order, invoices and Delivery Orders are in place and match goods to be delivered.
