We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our admissions and business development efforts for one of the leading Animation, VFX, Gaming, Multimedia & Digital Media training institutes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the admissions counseling team to achieve monthly targets.

Drive student enrollments through walk-ins, telecalling, referrals, events, and digital leads.

Monitor daily sales activities, conversions, and follow-up processes.

Train, motivate, and mentor counselors for higher performance.

Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational organizations.





Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve conversions.

Ensure excellent student and parent counseling experience.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales/Admissions/Business Development.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven achievement record.
- Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Service Sales preferred.

Pay: ₹30,211.22 - ₹57,084.82 per month
