We are seeking a passionate and energetic Team Lead - Admissions Counselor to guide prospective students and lead a team of counselors in achieving enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, AI and Multimedia.

Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, online leads, and follow-ups.

Lead and support a team of admission counselors.

Ensure timely lead management and conversion.

Conduct career counseling sessions and presentations.

Maintain CRM records and daily reporting.

Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve admissions.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Admissions Counseling or Educational Sales.
- Prior team handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and conversion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
