Job Title: Senior Accountant / Accountant (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Accounting: Record daily business transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments using accounting software.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in computing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS, ensuring full compliance with statutory timelines.
- Ledger & Invoicing: Generate professional invoices for clients and maintain, verify, and reconcile vendor and customer ledgers.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports for management review.
- Audit Support: Coordinate closely with the company’s Chartered Accountant (CA) for financial audits, advance tax calculations, and year-end closing.
- Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or an equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience:



2 to 5 years of active, hands-on accounting experience (experience in trading or retail sectors is highly preferred).
- Software Proficiency: Solid expertise in Tally Prime, Busy, or advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
- Tax Knowledge: Sound practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax rules.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
