About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs.
- Build document ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and metadata filtering workflows.
- Architect stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph.
- Implement OCR and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tesseract, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR, and cloud Document AI services.
- Integrate OCR outputs with NLP/LLM pipelines for automated document understanding.
- Monitor AI systems, improve response quality, and implement guardrails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills:
- Solid experience with RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack)



and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
- Expertise in LangChain (LCEL, agents, tools, structured outputs) and LangGraph.
- Hands-on experience with OCR engines and cloud document AI services.
- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, async programming, and microservices.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cohere, or Mistral.
- Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Familiarity with OpenCV, Pillow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Preferred Skills:
- Multi-modal RAG and hybrid search implementations.
- Agentic AI patterns (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Reflexion).
- Experience with LangSmith, LayoutLM, Donut, TrOCR, and IDP platforms.
- Multi-lingual OCR and Indic language processing experience.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
