- Coordinate transportation and dispatch activities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.:
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare dispatch documentation, invoices, E-way bills, and delivery challans.:
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Resolve logistics and delivery-related issues.:
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory.:
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Update inventory data in ERP/software and Excel sheets.:
- Ensure proper storage and material handling practices.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
