Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and hands-on Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of our residential and commercial interior projects. You will be responsible for translating design blueprints into reality by managing on-site workers, coordinating material deliveries, and ensuring all finishing touches meet our company's quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
- In office Execution: Supervise day-to-day construction, modular cabinetry, electrical, painting, and fit-out work.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret 2D/3D interior design drawings and project specifications.
- Vendor & Labor Management: Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, laborers, and material suppliers to prevent project delays.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections, identify defects or deviations from the design, and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict on-site safety rules, maintain site cleanliness, and ensure hazard-free workspaces.
- Progress Reporting:



Track daily/weekly progress, manage material inventory, and provide regular status updates to Project Managers and clients.
- Snagging & Handover: Manage post-construction snag lists, ensure rectification of issues, and facilitate smooth site handovers.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in residential or commercial interior site execution.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware) and basic proficiency in reading design software like AutoCAD or SketchUp.:
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, team leadership, and communication skills to handle clients, designers, and laborers.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Interior Design (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,090.85 - ₹30,393.58 per month
