Job Title: CRT English / Quantitative & Reasoning Faculty

Location: Nalanda Degree College, Vijayawada

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Reporting to: Principal, Nalanda Degree College

Responsibilities:
- Train students in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) focusing on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning
- Conduct sessions on aptitude, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques
- Develop structured lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests
- Prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, and interviews
- Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback and improvement strategies
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis
- Stay updated with latest placement trends, aptitude patterns,



and industry requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in CRT / Aptitude / Reasoning / Verbal Training
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle students from diverse academic backgrounds
- Prior experience in training students for campus placements is preferred
