Billing & Accounts Executive

Role Summary

The Billing & Accounts Executive will be responsible for generating and sending client invoices, maintaining billing records, tracking collections, following up on outstanding payments, and supporting day-to-day accounting activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send monthly invoices to all clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing as per agreements.
- Track payments received and update records.
- Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
- Generate receipts and payment confirmations.
- Maintain billing and collection reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding client accounts.
- Assist with vendor bills and expense tracking.
- Support GST-related documentation and accounting records.
- Maintain client account statements and reconciliations.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or administration.
- Knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- 100% invoices sent within the first working day of each month.
- Billing accuracy above 99%.
- Timely follow-up on all overdue accounts.
- Monthly receivables report submitted on time.
- Reduction in outstanding dues and delayed payments.

Pay: ₹10,627.08 - ₹30,634.97 per month
