Legal Research: Sifting through statutes, previous judgments, and case laws to support ongoing trials or advisory opinions.
- Drafting Documents: Preparing legal notices, affidavits, agreements, petitions, and written submissions under senior supervision.
- Due Diligence: Reviewing corporate records, banking files, or property titles to ensure legal compliance.
- Case File Management: Organizing research papers, preparing case briefs, and summarizing evidence for senior attorneys.
- Client & Office Assistance: Attending client meetings, taking minutes, and managing general office correspondenc.
- Pre-meeting: Preparing case briefs and organizing necessary documents for senior lawyers.
- During office hours: Writing up research summaries, drafting initial versions of legal documents, and organizing files.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
