Job Description:Lifeguard:
- Location-Nerul, Navi Mumbai
- Job Role & Duties:
- Surveillance & Monitoring: Maintain constant, vigilant observation of the pool, hot tub, and surrounding deck to prevent accidents and spot swimmers in distress.
- Emergency Response: Execute rapid water rescues, initiate emergency action plans, and provide life-saving first aid, CPR, and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) when necessary.
- Rule Enforcement: Proactively enforce facility policies (e.g., no running, diving only in designated areas) in a courteous yet firm manner.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect safety equipment, maintain pool hygiene, and frequently
- Guest Assistance: Welcome patrons, assist with pool amenities (e.g., towels), and maintain a friendly, welcoming setting.
- Valid Lifeguard Certification
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
