Join Waveline Sports — the Master Franchise in India for the Michael Phelps Swimming Program. We operate 33+ centres across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, and Kolkata, and we're hiring Swimming Coaches at our [Centre Name] centre.

This is a hands-on, on-the-pool-deck role. You'll be teaching learners and improvers from beginner to advanced level — kids, teens, and adults — using the Michael Phelps coaching methodology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct swim classes per Waveline's structured curriculum across age groups (4 years and above)
- Teach all four strokes — Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly — with proper technique
- Ensure pool safety at all times: active supervision, emergency readiness, lifeguard duties on deck
- Track each member's skill progression and update parents on improvement
- Maintain discipline and warmth with young swimmers — kids must feel safe and motivated
- Coordinate with the Centre Manager and Sales Counsellor on batch planning, attendance, and member queries
- Demonstrate strokes when needed — physical fitness to swim alongside members is mandatory





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3+ years of swimming coaching experience (academies, schools, clubs, or aquatic centres)
- Strong personal swimming background — competitive swimming experience strongly preferred
- Recognised certification from one or more of: SAI / NIS Patiala / ASCA / Red Cross / NSSC / state swimming association
- Proficiency in all four competitive strokes
- Valid Lifeguard / First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to complete within first 30 days)
- Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language a plus
- Patient, energetic, punctual — early-morning batches start at 5:30 AM
- Comfortable working in humid pool-deck environment for full shifts

WHAT WE OFFER
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹50,000/month (based on experience and certifications)
