- Manage the FX Plus software , accurately inputting data and executing transactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers , addressing their inquiries and providing clear information.
- Deliver excellent client service , making sure customers have a positive and seamless experience.
- Offer guidance on foreign exchange rates and policies , helping clients make informed decisions.




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
