Core Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely lift, move, and position raw materials, heavy equipment, or finished goods.
- Equipment Inspections: Conduct mandatory pre-operational and post-operational checks on the crane and rigging accessories.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA standards) to avoid accidents or suspended load hazards.
- Communication: Coordinate seamlessly with ground crews and riggers using specific hand signals or radios.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, greasing, and minor repairs on the hoisting mechanism
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background: High School Diploma, ITI certification, or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
- Certifications: Valid operator certification (e.g., NCCCO or regional equivalent) and proven work experience in industrial settings.
- Physical & Mental Abilities: Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of load charts, rigging techniques, and basic EOT mechanics. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
