Analyst, APAC Payroll Operations
Short Description
Join our Global Operations payroll team as a subject matter expert for APAC payroll execution. You will own day-to-day payroll operations, drive process improvements and innovation, and partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant payroll
Job responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and on-time end-to-end payroll processing for the APAC region, partnering closely with regional payroll teams, HR, Finance, and vendors
- Own and maintain standard operating procedures,
knowledge repositories, and process documentation
- Prepare and manage operational metrics and dashboards for internal teams and external vendors, highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
- Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and process improvements; collaborate with technology and vendor partners to design scalable solutions
- Lead and support change initiatives; collaborate effectively in a team environment while influencing stakeholders to adopt best practices
Required skills
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years of operations experience across Payroll/Benefits/Taxation, including hands-on exposure to automation/robotics and business process analysis with a proven record of delivering process improvements and automation projects
- Experience with multinational payroll operations and accounting; extensive knowledge of SAP Payroll or other payroll ERPs (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM); familiarity with project
